CHOOSING YOUR OWN PERSONAL LOGIN PASSWORD
When choosing your own login password, subscribers should consider:

• Keep password length to 6-8 characters (makes it easier to remember).

• Avoiding proper names especially places, colours, family and pet names.

• Substituting one or more characters (eg haverford becomes h4v3rf0rd).

• Using a "passphrase" instead of a password (eg 3liveat45).

In order to protect your privacy and provide relevant information, a login Username and Password is used to restrict access to this growing valuable online resource of useful information to all motorhomers. Just like online banking, this login security is designed to allow subscribers to view any number of pages after a single login - called "sessional login" - until you close Internet Explorer.

When you next launch Internet Explorer, you will have to login again.

• click TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS
   
• in the "Internet Options" window:
  - click SECURITY tab
  - click "Reset all zones to default level" button if visible (greyed out means already selected)
  - click PRIVACY tab
  - click "Default" then "Advanced" buttons

• in the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window:
  - tick "Override automatic cookie handling"
  - under First-party Cookies:
  > choose "Accept" option
  - under Third-party Cookies:
  > choose "Accept" option
  - tick "Always allow session cookies"
   
• click OK > OK and close Internet Explorer
   
• re-launch Internet Explorer to now use Sessional Login

Having successfully completed the Username and Password login, Internet Explorer will ask if you want to save your new username and password on the computer you are currently using

ONLY USE THIS FEATURE ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER

Having ticked "Remember my password" as shown left, subscribers need only enter the first character of their unique Username in future to automatically complete the login process.

NEVER TICK "REMEMBER MY PASSWORD" IF USING A PUBLIC COMPUTER to prevent unauthorised use of your login details. If you suspect unauthorised use of your login details, please advise the webmasters immediately.
